SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Color Culture Collection ships merchandise to most locations within the United States and 120 counties internationally. All addresses are verified before shipment. If it is not possible to ship to the address provided an email will be sent requesting an alternate address. If the customer fails to provide a valid address in a timely fashion all purchases will be refunded. The risk of loss and title of all merchandise ordered on this web site is passed to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier which is USPS. Upon shipment all packages are insured through USPS and a USPS tracking number will be provided. In case of loss, stolen or missing merchandise, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. Once shipped Color Culture Collection holds no responsibility for packages lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued for lost, stolen or missing merchandise. For further insurance, special arrangements can be made directly through USPS for request of signature upon delivery using the tracking number provided.
Color Culture Collection charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Color Culture Collection is a seller of lounge and athleisure clothing and accessories. Return are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Color Culture Collection reverses the right to refuse any refund and return with damage due to stains or wear and tear damage due to mishandling, including rips or tears. If the return is found to be feasible, a confirming correspondence will be sent with a shipping return information. Please include a copy of proof of purchase and with the merchandise upon return. All original tags must be attached.
